Objective of PMJAY CSC Registration

Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) through Common Service Centers (CSC) aims to provide cashless and paperless access to secondary and tertiary health services to the economically weaker sections and vulnerable population of India. CSCs act as facilitators in providing the benefits of the scheme to the beneficiaries by generating their Unique Identification Number, verifying their eligibility and facilitating the issuance of e-cards. They also assist in hospital empanelment, claim processing and monitoring the overall implementation of the scheme. The ultimate goal of PMJAY CSC is to improve access and affordability of quality healthcare services to the underprivileged sections of the society and reduce the financial burden on them.

Benefits of PMJAY CSC Smart Card

• PMJAY CSC is a 100% government-funded scheme.
• The cardholders will get secondary and tertiary care hospitalization across public and private impanelled hospitals in India up to 5 lakh per family per year.
• The cardholders will get up to 3 days of pre-hospitalization and 15 days of post-hospitalization expenses which include diagnostics and medicines.

• Applicant must not own pucca house.
• Applicant should have only one room with kucha walls and a roof house.
• Families who do not have their own land and earn a major part of their family income from manual labor.
• In the family, there should be no adult male member between 16 to 59 years of age.
• Must belong to schedule cast or schedule tribal category.
• Those families have disabled members and no able body adult members.

• Click the option on the new page will open on the screen where you have to enter your mobile number and capture the code shown on the screen.
• After providing the details you need to click on generate OTP option and you will receive an SMS on your mobile number.

• First of all, you have to go to the official website of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. After this, the homepage of the website will be displayed.
• Once the homepage opens, you need to enter your mobile number and captcha code, then click on the “Generate OTP” option at the bottom.

• Now a One Time Password will be sent to your registered mobile number, which you will have to fill in the asked box.
• After filling the information a new page will be displayed, here you have to select your state.
• After selecting the state, a new page will open in front of you, here you can select the category according to your wish like by your name, by ration card, by mobile number
• After selecting the category click on the “Search” option given below, after that a new page will be displayed in front of you.
• On this new page, you will be able to view and download the list related to this scheme.

If your family is not verified by the Public Service Center, then you will have to go to the Public Service Center and submit all the necessary documents to the operator. The operator will mail you the verified documents which will be done by the registered Lok Seva Kendra.

• Now to apply, you must first go to the Public Service Center, they will have to give a copy of your documents.
• Seeing these documents, if your registration is safe then that officer will register you.
• After 10 or 15 days you will be provided with your Ayushman Bharat Gold Card and in this way your registration will be completed.

Procedure To Find Hospital List

To find hospital list you have to follow the step by step instructions mentioned below

• First of all, you have to visit the official website of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana National Health Authority.

• From home page of the portal, you have to click on find hospital option given in the menu bar.
• Click the option and a new page will open on the screen where you need to select your state district hospital types, specialty, hospital name and employment type.
• Enter the capture code and click on search button.
• The information related to the hospital will show on the computer screen.

Procedure To Download Ayushman Card

• First of all, you have to visit the official website of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana National Health Authority.

• From home page of the portal, you have to click on Beneficiary identification system (BIS).
• A new web portal will open on the computer screen, choose download Ayushman card option.

• Select Aadhar and enter the details asked on the screen.
• Further page will open select your state and mention your Aadhaar number.
• Take the checkbox and hit generate OTP option.
• Enter the OTP in the given space and verify yourself.
• Your Ayushman card will show on the screen, click on the download link and save it for future.

• After this verify your OTP, after that a form will be displayed in front of you on the new page. In which you have to enter all the details asked

• After filling all the details click on the “Search” button. Now a PDF file will be displayed in front of you, download it on your device.
